for the 26th Annual Meeting of the American Society
for Precision Engineering are being solicited in the
technical areas listed below. Topics related to education
or historical perspectives on precision engineering are
also appropriate. Papers will be considered for oral presentation
or poster presentation.

• Novel Equipment and Processes
• Precision Machining Processes and Applications

Abstract Guidelines & Submissions
short abstract must be submitted by April 1, 2011
to be considered for an oral or poster presentation.
abstract submissions must be in pdf format.
Short abstract submissions must not exceed two
pages in length.
applications are also due on April 1, 2011.
Student scholarships will be available to full-time graduate
students enrolled in an accredited university. The grants
will include waiver of conference and tutorial registration
fees, and a stipend to assist with travel, lodging and meal
